Tender tips Venison Tenderloin Stroganoff
2 lb. tenderloin tips
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 clove of garlic
1 c. white wine
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne (opt,)
How to make Venison Tenderloin Stroganoff
Saute meat with onion over high heat.
Saute mushrooms separately, adding garlic at last minute.
Mix all ingredients together and simmer about 10 minutes, until meat is tender.
