Orders should made at least 24 hrs prior to shipping to guarantee packages get packed and shipped on time.  Shipping is done through Fed Ex and UPS.  2 day shipping means that if it is sent on Monday it will arrive to you on Wed. or a Wed shipping will arrive on Friday.  No shipping is done over week ends or Holidays, where a package would be in transit.

Fed Ex and UPS Ground is used for those where our product can arrive within 2 business days.  This is the summer schedule.  Meaning the order will have to be to us by or before Monday evening at 6 PM central time.  If we do not receive the order by Mon evening then it will probablybe sent out the following week, on Monday, at the latest.  

Fed Ex Next Day or 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2 Day Air can be chosen by those that live out of the 2 day Ground shipping area, or those that would like their product faster.

Hand trimmed, (by a processor interested in high quality, value-added, natural products), assuring you quality meat, without the bone or fat, 96 - 98% lean. Dry aged the old fashioned way. There are no shortcuts to perfection!

All packaged in cryo-vac (see through, vacuum-sealed) packaging. This type of packaging assures freezer life of 16 months or over. Then Quick-frozen and sent to you frozen, shipped in Styrofoam lined corrugated boxes with frozen re-freezer packs. You will receive your order in a frozen state ready to place in your freezer. We have shipped all over the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
