Volumes are especially high during Thanksgiving week, the week after Thanksgiving and Christmas week. During these times, UPS air freight shipments are subject to delay. So plan ahead today.

Wednesday, Nov. 23: Normal UPS pickup and delivery.
Thursday, Nov. 24: No UPS pickup or delivery service.
Friday, Nov. 25: Normal UPS pickup and delivery.
Saturday, Nov. 26: Normal UPS pickup and delivery.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY
Friday, Dec. 23: Normal UPS pickup and delivery.
Saturday, Dec. 24: Limited UPS pickup and delivery.
Monday, Dec. 26: No UPS pickup or delivery service.

NEW YEAR'S HOLIDAY
Friday, Dec. 30: Normal UPS pickup and delivery.
Saturday, Dec. 31: Limited UPS pickup and delivery.
Monday, Jan. 2: No UPS pickup or delivery service.

Guaranteed service refund waiver dates: Given the large volume of shipments expected during Thanksgiving week, the week after Thanksgiving and peak Christmas week, the guarantee is suspended for all UPS North American Air Freight shipments picked up on Nov. 21-28, 2011 and Dec. 19- 24, 2011. Please review these dates and ship before or after these dates, if you want to guarantee shipping times and refunds. Also, we have to watch the weather during these months.

Orders should made at least 24 hrs prior to shipping to guarantee packages get packed and shipped on time.  Shipping is done through Fed Ex and UPS.  2 day shipping means that if it is sent on Monday it will arrive to you on Wed. or a Wed shipping will arrive on Friday.  No shipping is done over week ends or Holidays, where a package would be in transit.

Fed Ex and UPS Ground is used for those where our product can arrive within 2 business days.  Meaning the order will have to be to us by or before Tues. evening at 6 PM central time.  If we do not receive the order by Mon evening then it will probably be sent out the following week, on Monday, at the latest.  

Fed Ex Next Day(Priority- delivered by 10:30 AM to most zip codes) (Standard - by 7pm next day to residences),  and UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2 Day Air can be chosen by those that live out of the 2 day Ground shipping area, or those that would like their product faster.

There are no shortcuts to perfection with out deer meat!

All deer meat is packaged in cryo-vac (see through, vacuum-sealed) packaging. This type of packaging assures freezer life of 16 months or over. Then Quick-frozen and sent to you frozen, shipped in Styrofoam lined corrugated boxes with frozen re-freezer packs. You will receive your order in a frozen state ready to place in your freezer. We have shipped all over the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
