All packaged in cryo-vac (see through, vacuum-sealed) packaging. This type of packaging assures freezer life of 16 months or over. Then Quick-frozen and sent to you frozen, shipped in styrofoam lined corrugated boxes with frozen re-freezer packs. You will receive your order in a frozen state ready to place in your freezer. We have shipped all over the United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping is done through Fed Ex and UPS.
Fed Ex and UPS Ground is used for those where our product can arrive within 3 business days (winter schedule).
Fed Ex Next Day and UPS Next Day Air Saver or 2 Day Air can be chosen by those that live out of the 3 day Ground shipping area, or those that would like their product faster. Note: For those that have used DHL in the past. It is with great regret that we can no longer use DHL, as they no longer picks up or have a drop off locations anywhere near us.
