This package includes 4 Eye of Rounds with a guarantee of 3.0-4.4 lbs per package. Great for cutting into Medallions (Broil, Saute or BBQ Directly) or for Tender Stir Fry Morsels (Saute in a little olive oil quickly on the top of the range). Remember they are done when internal temperature is 125-135 degrees. Venison stirfry is grat marinated in your favorite Asian style for a max of 20 minutes prior to cooking - don't cover up the meat flavor. Mmmmmmm great over rice or noodles.
